Child and Youth Protection Policy

 

Yabak Labs prioritizes the safety of children and youth in all its services. The following policy applies to all services provided by Yabak Labs.

1. Objectives of the Child and Youth Protection Policy

The company aims to protect children and youth from harmful environments, both mentally and physically, while fostering a safe and healthy service environment. To achieve this, Yabak Labs complies with the Youth Protection Act, the Act on Promotion of Information and Communications Network Utilization and Information Protection, and Google Play's Child Safety Standard Policy.

2. Access Restrictions and Management Measures for Children and Youth

To provide services suitable for children and youth, Yabak Labs implements the following management measures:

1) Age Restriction on Service Usage

All services provided by Yabak Labs are available only to individuals aged 18 and older. The terms and policies explicitly state that the services are for adults only, and access by minors is strictly restricted.

2) Real Name and Age Verification

To prevent minors from using the services, strict real-name and identity verification procedures are implemented.

3) Prohibited Words and Monitoring

To promote a healthy language environment, prohibited words are applied to offensive, violent, or sexually explicit expressions. Continuous monitoring is conducted to detect and remove harmful information and activities.

4) Reporting and Enforcement

Harmful content related to minors is immediately blocked and subjected to enforcement actions through a reporting system. Users can report child safety concerns within the app. Reports can be submitted via email (linkberry1016@gmail.com) or through the in-app reporting form. All reports are promptly and thoroughly reviewed.

5) Prevention of CSAE and CSAM

Regular monitoring and filtering are conducted to detect and block CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) and CSAM (Child Sexual Abuse Material).

6) Compliance with Relevant Laws and Reporting

The app fully complies with all child safety laws. Any violations will be immediately reported to relevant local and national authorities.

3. Counseling and Grievance Handling for Harmful Information

To minimize harm caused by exposure to harmful information, the company provides the following support:

• If a minor is affected, they can receive counseling and assistance through the Teenage Women’s Human Rights Center or CYBER1388 Youth Counseling Center.
• The company offers grievance handling through its customer service center to address issues related to harmful content.

4. Training for Employees on Child and Youth Protection

The company provides training for youth protection officers and service managers, covering:

• Child and youth protection laws and regulations
• Standards for enforcement actions
• Procedures for detecting harmful information
• Reporting and handling violations
